User is already logged on. This message will appear after a user has crashed out of Sage Accounts Production Advanced. I log into as sysadmin, now where would I go to remove this user. The user's account is locked open because their computer system they wer using died in the middle of doing work.

Finally, uninstalled Peachtree from the admin asst computer and did a fresh install of Peachtree, including updates (still not able to login - The user you entered is already logged into Peachtree.); From what I can see, this issue seems to be based in the actually computer and not at the server level.
