Aug 04, 2010 · Hi, I have a clickonce application which I have signed using a self generated certificate with makecert (and then created a pfx). I had also created a root certificate with makecert and installed this to the trusted root certificate store. This fixed my problem with a warning dialog showing "Unknown Publisher" (when end users install the application via clickonce) instead of the publisher name.
